Terms & Conditions
All packages must be
pre-paid and used within the time specified. They are non-refundable. If you
haven’t used up your package within the specified time frame, you will be able
to upgrade it to another package (except for the Waning Detox package) or you will lose your remaining treatment(s).
Alternatively, you will be given the option to pay the treatment(s) remaining
balance to the full treatment fee if applicable. Under certain circumstances,
it will be down to 4 Balance and Health’s discretion, whether you will lose your
remaining treatment(s) or have the treatment(s) extended.
Booking terms/ Cancellation policy:
4 Balance and Health requires a 24 hours
notice to cancel or re-schedule any appointment therefore, cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead or get charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
Policy on packages, special deals and offers: failure to show to your appointment, and not giving the necessary minimum requirement notice,
will result in the lost of that treatment, and will be deducted
automatically from your package.
To be fair to other
clients, treatments timings must be respected. Late arrivals may have to be
provided with shorter treatments at the full rate.

Therapies offered at 4 Balance and Health are not substitutes for traditional medical
care by your GP, they are complementary therapies that may be used in
conjunction with conventional medicine. Should you be aware of any
