Cancellation policy

All packages must be pre-paid and used within the time specified. They are non-refundable. If you haven’t used up your package within the specified time frame, you will lose your remaining treatment(s) on that package. Booking terms/ Cancellation policy: 4 Balance and Health requires a 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule any appointment therefore, cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead or get charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not attending to your appointment. Policy on packages, special deals and offers: failure to show to your appointment, and not giving the minimum requirement notice, will result in the loss of that treatment, and will be deducted automatically from your package.  To be fair to other clients, treatments timings must be respected. Shorter treatments will be provided at the full rate for late arrivals. You will receive a text reminder for your scheduled appointment the day prior to your appointment.
